Could i know which all programs are used for scripting

Pawno is needed for scripting.

You can download it from www.sa-mp.com

Download Samp 0.3e Windows server if you want to start scripting 3e.

After download,extract files and go to pawno folder.
There open pawno.exe

If need more help,ask us.

You must learn basics in setting up a testing server which can be joined only by you.
Testing servers are used to test scripts.

But in a testing server,only host can join.
If you need others to join,you must portforward or buy a host from Samp hosting services.

Basics

First read this

After reading the first one,read this
wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Server.cfg (http://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Server.cfg)
This will help you to set your server.cfg
(YOU CAN OPEN SERVER.CFG USING NOTEPAD.)

After reading those read this

and i know how to set up a server which i can only join
now i have it running and now to learn scripting

You mean you need to get started in scripting?
Example:Creating command,mapping,add created objects to script etc.?

Well thats what I asked that,what type of scripting do you need to get started?

You want to learn Mapping or Scripting?
Mapping
Mapping is too easy and can be done with MTA v1.1.1 easily.
Mapping does not require scripting but it needs to be converted to SAMP script.
And it can be converted through convertffs.com

Scripting
It is difficult and this contains many functions.
There aren't many alternate methods for this.



So,which do you want to get started?
